The Lendlease ETB (Ticker: ETBLL1) provides investors with economic exposure to the Lendlease 2031 senior unsecured fixed rate. The ETB returns an annual coupon rate of 3.7% (less fees and costs) paid semi-annually and has a fixed maturity date of 31 March 2031 at which time the ETB will be redeemed in full. Investors who hold the ETB to maturity will receive $100 per unit (less fees and costs).
